Grace says “I have been training at Mind Over Matter boxing with Simone since 2014. I first started off training in the junior boxing classes and have worked my way up to coaching the juniors instead! As well as boxing I also do trapeze and swimming. I think boxing is amazing and it boosts your self confidence as well as your fitness. I want to show that boxing is as much for girls as it is for boys. The Mind Over Matter boxing family are really welcoming so I recommend coming along and giving it a go! "
