I found my love for sport at a young age. At just 6 years old I joined Leander swimming club in Balham, South london. I went on to compete at a high level in many competitions , and became 3rd in Surrey for 100m Breaststroke.
After 10 years of swimming I discovered a new love, this time in Muay thai boxing. At age 16 I was one of the youngest in my club, but this did not stop me from progressing at a fast rate and by 17 I was having my 1st fight. I went on to have several fights 2 of which were for British titles.
In 1999, 2000 and 2009 I trained at the World Muay Thai Council Camp in Koh Samui Thailand, it was here that I trained with many champion fighters, and gained the confidence to become a coach myself.
